Find a sense of stillness at Alpine Spa. Experience a serene atmosphere located slope-side and just steps away from Windham Mountain’s base lodge. You will unwind, escape, and re-energize in a soothing environment under the care of some of the industry’s best. Our master-level therapists provide individualized treatments using natural products and time-honored techniques. Be sure to enjoy a relaxing session in our steam room and sauna.

Gratuity
Your spa treatment fee does not include gratuities. Customary gratuity for each service is 18 to 20 percent. Please, leave any gratuities for your practitioner at the front desk when you check out. We will provide you with envelopes for cash or you may add gratuity onto your credit card. Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated.
For legal and safety reasons, children not receiving a service are not allowed in the Spa unattended.
Cancellation Policy
All our appointments are available in limited quantities, our staff works hard to accommodate as many guests as we can. All payments must be made at the time of booking your appointment. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy where any change or cancellation made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Reservations that are rescheduled or cancelled with more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a $35 fee. In case of canceling before the 24-hour window we will issue a credit that can be used at the spa by the end of the ski season. We can't guarantee that your appointment time will be available until we receive your credit card number.
Groups:
48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more or three or more treatments. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
Safety:
We make sure to maintain the cleanliness of the Spa focusing on high touchpoint surfaces. We use products that meet EPA and CDC guidelines and are effective against bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19.
