Good Morning Skiers and Snowboarders!

What a perfect morning to follow up a powder day. Yesterday delivered 8 inches of fresh snow, and today is all about the treasure hunt. There will be stashes of soft snow tucked along the edges and waiting patiently on your favorite side hits. If you know, you know. Take a little detour off your usual line and you just might score fresh turns all over again.

All 54 trails are open and ready for exploring, giving you the full mountain to roam from summit to base. Whether you are cruising long groomers or hunting for leftover soft pockets, there is plenty of terrain to keep you moving lap after lap.

Today’s weather brings cloudy skies early with some partial sunshine peeking through later on. A few flurries are possible, with a high of 19°F and a steady WNW breeze at 10 to 20 mph. It is crisp, classic winter air that keeps the snow feeling right.

Lifts spinning from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM include Westside Six (F), Wonderama Express Quad (C), Whiteway Express Quad (D), East Peak Express Quad (G), and the Wooly Bear Carpet (E). Plenty of access to roam both peaks and rack up those midweek laps.

Our grooming crew worked through the night and hit just about everything but left a few favorites natural like Wildcat, The Wall, and Upper Wing n’ It. That means fresh corduroy across the mountain with a few natural, more playful zones left for those who like a little texture underfoot. Early runs will be smooth and carvable, and as the day rolls on you will find that perfect mix of soft packed powder and leftover powder pockets from yesterday.

Snowmaking continues on Windfall, Lower Wipeout, Mini Park, and a bit in the base area. The team will be firing up tonight, tomorrow, and Wednesday to take advantage of cold temps.

Start early, explore often, and take advantage of every lap while the mountain is skiing this good.
We’ll see you out there.
