1/16/25 Afternoon Report 5:30 PM

A sunny day with a side of flurries, what more can we ask for? We’re heading into an action-packed weekend and it all starts tomorrow at 9:00 AM with 6 lifts and access to 32 trails.

We’ll be grooming just about everything overnight, including Lower Wheelchair, Wedel, Wanderer, and Why Not. The team anticipates opening Lower Wiseacres in an ungroomed status, stay tuned to an official opening announcement in the morning! The snowmaking crew has added snow to Why Not and Wanderer to expand coverage on those East Peak trails; warmer temperatures set in tomorrow so the system will be shut down until optimal temps return, roughly Monday. We are expecting some natural snow on Sunday, we will wait to see if Mother Nature delivers!

The mountain is chock full of entertainment this weekend, so don’t forget to check out our live music lineup, as well as Saturday Fireworks at 7:00 PM. Follow us on Instagram @windhammountainclub for announcements about some fun swag giveaways all weekend long. See you on the slopes!
