Cave Mountain Catskills Music Festival Canceled Due to Venue Construction

 

WINDHAM, NY (Jun 30, 2023) – Windham Mountain and Brooklyn Made Presents announce the difficult decision to cancel the inaugural Cave Mountain Catskills Music Festival, scheduled to be held September 15-16, 2023 at Windham Mountain, due to unavoidable circumstances owing to construction and improvement projects at the venue site. After much deliberation, the partners agreed that proceeding with the festival as planned would have impacted the overall event quality and the guest experience, and producing a suboptimal event for concertgoers and artists alike was not an option.

 

In April, Windham Mountain announced new ownership and investment from two longtime hospitality and resort development families. Improvement projects on the base lodge and mid-mountain lodge will continue throughout the summer and into fall for preparation for the winter season.

 

“While it comes as an extreme disappointment to cancel this event for our community, I remain excited about future opportunities for bringing world-class music to Windham Mountain,” said Chip Seamans, Windham Mountain President.

 

A full refund for pre-registered attendees will be automatically processed to the original payment method used. Thank you for your understanding.
