If you purchase a day lift ticket and are dissatisfied with our snow surface conditions, you may exchange your ticket within one hour of first use for a Snow Check voucher with the value of that day’s ticket loaded on it. The Snow Check voucher may then be redeemed towards the purchase of another lift ticket at Windham Mountain during the remainder of the current winter season (please note that any price differences between original day and rebooking day will be charged at the time of rescheduling). Windham Mountain Snow Checks must be redeemed through windhammountain.com to ensure ticket availability. We anticipate limited ticket availability on certain days due to capacity management.

Discounted/promotional tickets, vouchers, or group tickets, are not eligible for Snow Checks. Snow Checks are non-refundable, carry no cash value, and expire at the end of the season in which they are issued. If you have questions regarding this policy, please email info@windhammountain.com.
