Mountain Host Program

Become a volunteer Mountain Host and create memories with our guests in a fun atmosphere! Mountain Hosts are a knowledgeable team of friendly faces who greet our guests and guide their experience throughout the resort. If you love skiing or riding, or just love people and being part of the mountain experience, we want you! Depending on how many days you serve, you'll earn rewards like a season pass, daily tickets, or great discounts for your family on passes, programs, lessons, gear, and food. All Mountain Hosts are required to be members of the National Ski Patrol, although knowing how to ski or snowboard is not required. Human Resources Office Information

  • The HR Office will be staffed 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, until the week of Thanksgiving, when we will be open 7 days/week.

  • The HR Office hours are:

    • Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 10:00am and Noon - 2:30pm

    • Weekends/Holidays: 6:30am - 9:00am and Noon - 2:30pm

    • If you are unable to come to HR during these days/times, please schedule a time by calling 518-734-4300 x1373 or by emailing employeeservices@windhammountain.com .

    • Please remember that walk-ins will not be allowed.

Staff Housing

Windham Mountain is happy to offer staff housing to Windham Mountain employees as well as to the employees of the mountaintop business community.
