- Drummer Sonny Rock was born in New York in1961 and moved to Los Angeles in the early 1980’s. He played in original bands including actor Billy Wirth’s “Dust n’ Bones”. He played as house drummer at Hollywood clubs like The House of Blues, Whiskey Au GoGo, Spice Club, and China Club.
He has played drums behind many great artists including Bryan Adams, members of The Who, Kiss, Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Jones, The Cult, Peter Frampton, Leslie West, Robin Trower, Pat Travers, and Heart.
He is now bi-coastal, drumming for Mr. Tas Cru (www.tascru.com) Mason Casey out of LA and The Smokin’ AcesLex Grey out of NYC., Rhett Tyler, George Fletcher, Nick Martin. Skeleton Crew, Full Throttle. A member of the Blues hall Of Fame. Judge for the International Blues Challenge (Memphis Tenn.)

Join us for an outdoor drive-in music series. Feel free to bring picnic blankets and camping chairs. Venue opens to the public at 5:30pm, music runs from 6pm- 9pm. Check-in will be located at the top of Resort Drive and parking attendants will direct you to a designated spot. Please note that this is a rain or shine event and is likely to sell out given limited capacity. Purchase tickets in advance on-line, as they may not be available at the gate. If you wish to be parked next to another vehicle, please arrive at the same time.
Vehicle reservation is $30 per vehicle and $10 of the purchase will go to a local non-profit organization. You’ll receive one space for your vehicle and a second space next to your vehicle for lawn chairs and gathering. Your party is expected to remain in this area to maintain social distancing. A raffle for weekly prizes from our supporting sponsors will be given away at the set break.
*All safety policies will be noted upon arrival. Please stay six feet apart from guests when able to and wear a mask in situations where you cannot be socially distant
*Restrooms will be located within the base lodge on the 2nd floor. Restrooms will be cleaned periodically throughout the event to ensure guest safety. Masks are required to enter the building.
Dates for the 2020 Season are: July 10th, July 17th, July 24th, July 31st, August 7th, August 14th, August 21st, August 28th and September 4th.
