Snow Check

Our guarantee you can make sure conditions are to your liking.

If you purchase a regular price full-day or multi-day lift ticket and are dissatisfied with our snow surface conditions, you may exchange your ticket prior to 10:00 a.m. for a “Snow Check” voucher of comparable value valid for a return visit to Windham Mountain during the remainder of the current winter season only.

Gravity Cards, discounted or promotional tickets as well as previously issued Snow Check vouchers are not eligible for Snow Checks as specified on the lift ticket. Snow Checks are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-extendable; they carry no cash value. Our Snow Check is a guarantee of snow conditions only and will not be issued due to weather conditions, lift lines or mechanical issues.
