Q: What is the vertical at Windham Mountain? What is the length of Windham Mountain’s longest trail?
Windham Mountain’s vertical rise is 1600’. The Wanderer trail is the longest and is two miles long .

Q: Does Windham Mountain offer Valet services?
Yes, we offer valet parking on a first come, first served basis for $17 a day. As well as ski valet for an hour, day, overnight, weekly, or seasonal. Ski valet is $2 an hour and $4 a day.

Q: Does Windham Mountain offer alternative winter activities?
Yes, in addition to our skiing and riding, Windham Mountain has an Adventure Park with ice skating, snow tubing and zip line. There is a Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe center located at the Windham Country Club. The Patio features a Euro Bungee and Rock Climbing wall.

Q: How old do children have to be to snow tube?
Children must be 3 years old or 36 inches tall.

Q: What can I do with children who are too young to participate in Windham Mountain activities?
Windham Mountain’s A list of babysitters in the area is available at Information Services for more information call 518-734-4300*1364. The Children’s Learning center also offers indoor supervision for children 3-7 years old. For more information call the Children’s Learning Center 518-734-4300*1122.

Q: What is the Big Air Bag? Are there restrictions on its use?
Windham Mountain’s Big Air Bag is similar to the huge air cushions used by movie stunt men when they “fall” from a tall building. It’s the only Big Air Bag in the Northeast and lets skiers or riders experience jumping and landing on a big, soft cushy landing target. The Big Air Bag is suitable for skiers and snowboarders over the age of 12. It’s possible to use the Big Air Bag under this age, with signed parental consent.

Q: Where is the ATM located?
Cash machines are located on the first floor in the Wunderbar, the second floor valley side near the arcade and third floor Mountain side Legends Lounge.

Tickets and Passes

Q: Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes. The Windham Web Store allows customers to purchase tickets in advance online. Purchase lift tickets online and save up to $4 each for adults.

Q: Will Season Passes, Triple Play and 6 Pack Cards be mailed to my house?
No. These tickets may picked up at Special Tickets with photo identification.

Q: What special tickets or discounts are you offering this season?
Windham Mountain offers reduced ticket prices for college students, Seniors (65+), juniors (7- 13), Children (6 and under), active members of the Military, Firefighters, or Police, groups of 20 or more, consecutive day pricing, and discounts on season passes to larger families.

Q: How many people are considered a group and where can I purchase group tickets?
For skiing or riding, a group is 20 people. A snow tubing group is 15 guests. Group reservations may be made online or email group sales at sales@windhammountain.com.

Q: What can my family find at Windham Mountain in the summer months?
A lot of fun! Windham Mountain’s Adventure Park offers paintball, chairlift sky rides, a wide and ever-changing list of events, local golf and hiking and relaxation at the Winwood Inn’s pool or tennis court.
