Ski Patrol Fundraiser

On March 3rd, the Windham Mountain Ski Patrol will enjoy it's annual party.

This fund- raising event serves to help a variety of activities. For example, we assist our patrollers who are in need. We purchase much needed supplies and we have organized a committee to determine what other entities would be receiving help. You will see our raffle ticket signs posted in certain areas around the mountain. Please take the time to look at the wonderful prizes you can win. The cost for each raffle ticket is $5. A book of 5 costs $20. Tickets can be purchased from Ski Patrollers. Thank you for your support!

About the Windham Mountain Ski Patrol

Welcome to the Windham Mountain Ski Patrol and Mountain Clinic. Should a situation require medical attention, rest assured that you are in good hands here at Windham Mountain.

Our patrol team boasts the highest number of certified patrollers of any resort in the US. We are affiliated with the National Ski Patrol, the Professional Ski Patrol Association and the New York State Department of Health Emergency Medical Service. Additionally, our Ski Patrol First Aid Facility, located on the East side of the base lodge, is registered with New York State as an Advance Life Support Paramedic Agency. Some of our Patrollers are actual paramedics, which means that if necessary, they can perform Advanced Life Support procedures on the mountain and back at the First Aid Facility, where there is support equipment and medications available.

Windham Mountain is also affiliated with Capital Region Orthopedics from Albany, NY who operates a Clinic in conjunction with our First Aid Facility. The Clinic is staffed by a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon along with an x-ray technician operating the on-site x-ray equipment. The Clinic can provide full service casting, fracture/dislocation reduction and other non-surgical orthopedic services.

Windham Mountain Ski Patrol has summit locations on top of East Peak, West Peak and the top of C lift (for night skiing). Please feel free to stop in anytime to say hi or to ask any questions you may have.

As nice as these guys are, it is our hope that your visit to Windham Mountain does not include a visit to the Ski Patrol or Clinic, except to say hi and to tell them how much we appreciate what they do. But just in case, we are ready to serve.
