Home Monitoring Services-

Once per week - more frequently in the event of significant weather events - the Windham team will conduct an interior and exterior inspection of your home and grounds. We'll check exteriors for downed trees and branches, storm damage and ice dams or gutter/downspout problems. We'll check interior walls, ceilings and floors. We'll make sure that HVAC systems are operating properly and at your desired settings. We'll check pipes and plumbing fixtures for proper operation. We'll test all major appliances and lighting fixtures to make sure they work (and even replace burned-out bulbs). In the off season, we'll check your prized home twice per month. And we'll always check doors and windows to ensure that they're locked and tight, and test your smoke detectors and your security system. Best of all, there's an emergency response call center that's staffed ‘round the clock, ‘round the year - so if you need anything, all you have to do is call.

Our Custom Home Maintenance Program is like having your own home maintenance crew: it gives you the ultimate in carefree living. You'll enjoy all the features of the Home Monitoring Service with a fully-customized slate of additional services. Between the expertise of Windham Mountain staff and the finest area vendors and tradespeople, we can handle just about anything! Depending on your needs, services are available either à la carte or as part of a monthly maintenance program. If you've got an existing service relationship, we'll be happy to manage that for you - so you can work with one point of contact and consolidate home maintenance billing and records.
