Mountain Invasion Paintball Park and Windham Mountain impose a duty to you to become apprised of and understand these risks inherent in the sport of Paintball, which are set forth above, so that you make an informed decision as to whether to participate in playing Paintball notwithstanding the risks. Mountain Invasion Paintball Park and Windham Mountain also impose additional duties on you, to which you must adhere, for the purpose of avoiding injury caused by any of the risks inherent in Paintball. If you are not willing to assume all of these risks and abide by these duties, you may not participate in Paintball at this area.

Face masks, goggles, ear protection, neck/throat protection, are required to be used at this area. We encourage the use of any other safety equipment including but not limited to elbow pads, kneepads and shin guards.

Safety is one of our primary concerns. Throughout the day we urge you to monitor weather conditions, and be aware of the playing surfaces as they may change without notice.
