They are problem-solvers who help our guests navigate through the resort over the course of their day, week or the whole season. Need to find the cafeteria? Your keys? Your child? Best runs on the mountain on a given day? Put Snow Dough on your pass? Go to the Guest Services counter, and they'll be happy to help you there, or even in the rental department's computer sign-in stations. Located in the main lobby near the new Wunderbar Café, with information booths on the second floor and in the 'Starting Block,' Guest Services will steer you in the right direction. Their ‘Mountain Buddies' will make your on-slope experience more memorable. With a long history at Windham Mountain, dating back to the 1970's when it was a private club, Windham's Guest Services department sets the standard for other resorts.
