BEVERAGE SERVICE
You must be 21 years or older and it is against New York State Law to bring in your own alcoholic beverages. Charges are based on the number of drinks served.  A gratuity charge of 19% is added to each hosted bill.  For your convenience state beverage tax has been included in the sales price.  If bar revenue does not exceed $350 over a one and a half hour time period a service charge of $75 will be added to the bill.  One bartender per 50 guests is standard.

A cocktail server is available at $50 for a two hour time period.
