First Course – Creamy Parsnip and Apple soup with a Spiced Cider Reduction, and fresh cracked Peppercorn; paired with Tangley Oaks Mendocino Chardonnay (California)
Second Course – Maple-Bourbon Sweet Potato Gnocchi, with toasted Pine Nuts, hints of crispy Prosciutto, charred Kale and a Sage Brown Butter; paired with Cecchi DOCG Chianti (Italy)
Third Course – Hazelnut Crusted “Catch of The Day” over Butternut Squash puree, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and a Gingerbread Cream; paired with Priorat Marco Abella Loidana (Spain)
