Big Air Bag at Windham Mountain

Take the plunge into the only Big Air Bag in the Northeast.

A variation on the fall cushions used by professional stunt men, the Big Air Bag at Windham lets every skier and rider practice big jumps with a soft, cushy landing.

A lift ticket, Big Air Bag ticket and signed waiver is required for Big Air Bag use. Skiers and riders under 18 years old require parental consent. Please see Basic skills below.

Important basic skills:

Being able to ski or snowboard downhill in a straight line.

• Some experience of jumping
• Having proper snowboard / ski equipment
• Being able to commit to the jump ( not stopping on top of the jump )
• Having enough speed to land toward the center of the air bag
• Skiers and riders must wear a helmet
• No ski poles
• No inverts

Attendants are available to answer any questions.
