Donation Requests for Windham Mountain
Windham Mountain is pleased to provide charitable contributions in theform of lift tickets to not-for -profit organizations that meet ourdonation criteria. As can be imagined, Windham Mountain receives atremendous number of requests for donations each year. We try tosupport local organizations as part of our commitment to improvecommunity life. Because of the large number of requests received, weconcentrate our efforts in areas where there is the greatest interestand participation in recreational activities at Windham Mountain.
How do I submit a donation request?
We ask that all organizations submit their donation request via fax. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance of the eventdate. If your event is scheduled to take place sooner than 60 daysout, we will be unable to assist but suggest that you keep WindhamMountain in mind for the future. Please include the date, location,and description of the event on organization letterhead, as well asamount hoped to be raised. The receiving organization must provideproof that they are a non-profit 501(c) (3) classification. Alsoinclude contact name, phone number and mailing address. Regretfully,we areunable to respond to all inquiries, only successful applicants will becontacted. Donation requests received through postal mail, e-mail orin person will not be considered.
Additional Information
-Standard donations given out are: two one day non-holiday lift tickets, two one day non-holiday snow tubing tickets or 2paintball tickets. All donation certificates have an expiration date andmust be redeemed prior to expiring. Unused certificates cannot beapplied to or exchanged for future seasons. Donated vouchers are validonly for the date indicated- no extensions.
- Cash donation/ sponsorship requests are not accepted.
-In order to offer Windham Mountain's support to a growing number ofcandidates seeking assistance, we will attempt to rotate our donationseach season.
