Donation Requests for Windham Mountain

Windham Mountain is pleased to provide charitable contributions in the form of lift tickets to not-for-profit organizations that meet our donation criteria. We try to support local organizations as part of our commitment to improve community life. Because of the large number of requests received, we concentrate our efforts in areas where there is the greatest interest and participation in recreational activities at Windham Mountain.

We ask that all organizations submit their donation request via email. Donation requests received through postal mail, fax or in person will not be considered. Please review the following key requirements:

• Requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance of date of the event at which the tickets will be distributed. If your event is scheduled to take place sooner than 60 days out, we will be unable to assist but suggest that you keep Windham Mountain in mind for the future.
• Please include the date, location, and description of the event on organization letterhead, as well as amount hoped to be raised.
• The receiving organization must provide proof that it is a non-profit organization with a 501(c) (3) classification.
• Be sure to include contact name, phone number and mailing address.
• Donation expires at the end of the current season.
